Transport and damage to the product during transport

We provide transport of small and large orders both in the Czech and Slovak Republics and abroad. Any damage to goods during transport must be reported immediately upon receipt of the goods.

We provide transport of small and large orders both in the Czech and Slovak Republics and abroad by proven transport companies, which are currently:

  • Aleš BáÄa

The prices for transport are determined by the contractual conditions agreed on between the customer and the seller. The exact price of transport will be communicated to you by the Business Partner through whom you plan to purchase the goods.

Our goods are shipped on POLAK CZ pallets and packed according to transport requirements so as to minimize the risk of damage. Even so, the goods may be damaged, so always inspect your delivery carefully upon it receipt from the carrier.

The goods damaged during transport

What to do if you have received damaged goods:

  1. If you discover the damage immediately upon receipt of the delivery, fill in a form on the damaged goods with the carrier. The form must be signed by the driver who delivered the goods.
  2. If you find damage after the departure of the carrier company, contact this company as soon as possible and follow the instructions they will tell you.
  3. Take photos.
  4. Contact the Business Partner, through whom you purchased the product, or contact our Sales Representative.
