as the Personal Data Administrator the consent to process his/her personal data, subject to the conditions set forth below.
        1.2 The Company is committed to the protection of Your personal data in accordance with valid and effective legislation, which is represented mainly by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter "Regulation") since 25.5.2018.
        1.3 The Company is the operator of the website http://www.polak.eu/ (hereinafter "Portal"), through which it provides its goods. The policy applies to all personal data processed by the Company on the basis of performance of a contractual relationship, legal obligation, legitimate interest or consent granted through the Company Portal. The policy describes the ways, in which the Company uses and protects personal information.
        1.4 The Company may amend and supplement these policies at any time by placing a revised version on the Portal, and such modification will become effective on the date of such placement.
        1.5 The business company POLAK CZ s.r.o. is the Personal Data Administrator within the meaning of Article 4 (7) of the Regulation.
        1.6 Consent to the processing of personal data in its entirety under this Article is not a condition that would in itself make it impossible to conclude a contract.
        1.7 Personal data will be processed in electronic form in an automated manner or in a printed form in a non-automated manner.
        1.8 The Customer confirms that the personal data provided are accurate and that he has been advised that this is a voluntary provision of personal data.
        1.9 In case of using the Portal, even without registration, the company will record your IP address and standard information such as your browser type and the page you viewed on the Portal. This information is used to monitor and prevent fraud, diagnose problems, and process statistical data, which are anonymous and do not disclose your personal information.

        3.8 Providing customized ads, sponsored content and sending promotional information to the  Subjects of the data
        3.9 Assessment and analysis of the market, customers, products and services (including request for opinions of the Seller’s products and e-query)
        3.10 Organization of prize contests or promotion events

4. Processing of personal data for performance of the contract

        4.1 In the case of registration of the Subject of the data as a customer, personal data are processed in accordance with the provisions of Article 6, paragraph 1, b) Regulation - the provision of personal data as a necessary requirement for the fulfillment of the contract or for the implementation of measures taken before the conclusion of the contract at the request of the Subject of the data. Without providing personal data, it is not possible to conduct pre-contractual negotiations, to conclude the contract or to execute it by the company.

5. Personal data may be provided to the following third parties:

        5.1 The processing of personal data is carried out by the Administrator, but personal data for the Administrator can also be processed by the following processors:
    a) contractors, consultants, transporters and other service providers involved in the sale and delivery of goods, handling of complaints and making payments
    b) related companies - companies which are owned or controlled by the company
    c) business partners - trustworthy companies that can provide product and service information, where the Subject of the data has given specific consent
    d) law enforcement - at the invitation of state authorities or in the protection of customers
        5.2 Alternatively, other providers of processing software, services, and applications that are currently not used by the Administrator.
        5.3 The Buyer acknowledges that his/her personal data conveyed to the Seller for marketing purposes is provided to the Seller voluntarily. The consent with the processing of personal data granted to the Seller for marketing purposes is valid for 7 years, but no later than until the Buyer withdraws his/her consent.
        5.4 The Buyer can easily unsubscribe from receiving business messages by clicking on the Unsubscribe link in the e-mail containing the business message, by using the contact form, or by contacting the Seller through the infoline.
        5.5 In the context of complaint proceedings, the following information is required from customers: name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail and signature or biometric signature. All personal data thus obtained are processed solely for the purposes necessary for the settlement of the complaint.
        5.6 In case that permission has been granted, the seller may furthermore process the so called "cookies" in order to facilitate the provision of information society services in accordance with the provisions of Directive 95/46/EC on the purpose of "cookies" or similar tools and it is ensured that users are aware of the information, which is stored in the end device they are using. Users have the option to refuse “cookies” or similar tools to be stored on their end devices, for example by launching anonymous browsing functionality in their browser.

6. Safety measures

        6.1 Each user account is protected by a user password. We recommend that you keep the password secret and do not pass it on to third parties, not even if you receive an e-mail, in which the password is required. The company does not send users e-mail messages, which include a request to enter a password into an e-mail. In the case of a forgotten password, the user will, at his/her request and at the e-mail address specified in his/her registration, receive an e-mail containing a temporary password to access his/her account, where he/she will be able to choose a new password.
        6.2 The Company is not responsible for the misuse of the provided data, which happened as a result of an unauthorized access by a third party or during the transmission of data within the communications networks. The user acknowledges that data and information provided on the Internet, for example in a discussion forum, chat or e-mail, may be misused by third parties.
        6.3 The seller reserves the right to use anonymized data concerning the activity of web application users to improve his services.

7. Cookies and internet beacons

        7.1 The so-called cookies (session ID cookies and permanent cookies) are used to store and occasionally track visits of the seller's website. A cookie is a small text file, which is stored on the computer of the Subject of the data for recording purposes. The seller uses cookies to facilitate navigation on his website. After the Subject of the data has closed his/her browser, the session ID of the cookie expires. A permanent cookie remains on the Subject's hard disc for an extended period of time. The seller also saves the screen resolution and asks whether JavaScript is enabled in the browser to make it easier to view the seller's site. Most internet browsers are set to automatically accept cookies.
        7.2 The seller uses two categories of cookies:
    a) Functional: These cookies are required for basic site functionality and are therefore always enabled; these include cookies that allow the Subject of the data to be remembered while browsing the website during a single visit. These cookies also help in securing and complying with legal requirements.
    b) Social media and advertising: Social media cookies offer the ability to link the Subject of the  data to social networks and share content from the Seller's website. Ad cookies (third-party cookies) collect information to help better tailor your ads both on and off the Seller’s website. In some cases, the processing of the Subject’s personal data is also part of these cookies. Rejecting these cookies may result in displaying ads that are not relevant to the Subject, or the inability to effectively link his/her account to Facebook, Twitter or other social networks, and/or the inability to share content on social media.
        7.3 You can remove or reject cookies by following the instructions in your browser's support file. If cookies are deleted, the ability to fully exploit all aspects of the seller's portal may be limited.
        7.4 The seller can also collect data while using the e-shop by the means of internet beacons. These guides are electronic images, which can be used on the seller's portal in connection with the sale of goods or in an e-mail sent by the seller. He uses beacons to transmit cookies, to count visits, and to inform the customer whether an e-mail has been opened and processed. The seller may also collect information about the buyer's computer or other access device in order to mitigate risks and prevent fraud.

8. Instructions

        8.1 The subject of the data claims that he or she has been properly instructed by the Administrator about the processing and protection of personal data, that the above personal data is accurate and true and that it has been provided to the Administrator on a voluntary basis.
        8.2 The Subject of the data grants his/her explicit consent with such processing.
        8.3 The consent can be withdrawn at any time, for example by sending an e-mail or letter to the company's contact details.
        8.4 The seller takes all reasonable physical and technical measures to provide the information collected in connection with the sale of the goods in his e-shop.
        8.5 In accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data ("hereinafter the Regulation"), the Administrator hereby informs that:
    1) personal data of the Subject of the data will be processed on the basis of his/her free consent under the above conditions,

    2) a reason for providing the Subject’s personal data is, in addition to the aforementioned, an interest of the Subject of the data in receiving business offers from the Administrator, which would not be possible without providing such data,

    3) no automated decision making or profiling will take place in the processing of the Subject’s personal data,

    4) the Administrator did not appoint a data protection officer, nor did he designate a representative to carry out his duties within the meaning of Regulation,

    5) the Administrator does not intend to transfer the personal data of the Subject of the data to a third country, an international organization or other than the above listed third parties,

    6) the Subject of the data has the following rights (for example in the administration of his/her profile after logging in, by e-mail or by post):

    a) the right of access to your personal data (i.e. the right to obtain information on whether your data is being processed and, if so, you have the right to access it);
    b) the right of correction of personal data (i.e. the  right to request a correction if you find that the company is processing inaccurate or untrue data);
    c) the right to request explanation (i.e. if you suspect that the processing of your personal data violates the protection of your personal and private life or is in breach of law);
    7) the right to limit the processing of personal data (i.e. the right to request a temporary limitation on the processing of your personal data);
    d) the right of deletion of personal information (i.e. if your data is no longer required for the purposes for which it was processed);
    e) the right to object to the processing of personal data (the company is required to prove that there is a serious legitimate reason for the processing of personal data that outweighs your interests or rights and freedoms);
    f) the right to data portability (i.e. the right to request that your data be provided to a third person);
    g) the right to withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data at any time;
    h) the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office (i.e. if you believe that your right of protection of your personal data has been violated).
